Construction
1. Conductor: Plain circular compacted aluminum or copper, offering high conductivity and flexibility (cross-section: 185-2500 mm²).  
2. Insulation: Superclean cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) rated for 90°C, ensuring thermal stability and dielectric strength.  
3. Screens:  
   -Conductor/Insulation Screen: Extruded semiconductive compounds bonded to the insulation for uniform electric field distribution.  
   - Metallic Screen: Helically applied uncoated copper wires to handle earth-fault currents.  
4. Radial Water Barrier: Laminated aluminum tape for moisture resistance.  
5. Outer Sheath: Black polyethylene (PE) compound for mechanical and environmental protection.  ---
